Drilling Tools International Becomes DTI

Uniting Its Acquired Businesses Under a Single Global Brand

One company, one commercial platform: bringing a decade of acquisitions and more than four decades of downhole tool engineering under the name the market already uses

October 26, 2026

HOUSTON, October 26, 2026 Drilling Tools International Corporation (Nasdaq: DTI), a leading oilfield services company that manufactures and rents downhole drilling tools, today announced that it will operate globally as DTI. The new brand consolidates the company's acquired businesses under one identity, one commercial organization, and one set of operating standards, and is accompanied by a refreshed visual identity and a unified go to market structure.

The change formalizes what customers, employees, and investors have done for years. The company has traded on Nasdaq under the symbol DTI since 2023, and its field organization and customer relationships have long been referred to under the same three letters. The company's Nasdaq ticker symbol remains unchanged.

Prior to 2023, DTI completed several acquisitions as a private company. Since 2023, DTI has completed four acquisitions (Deep Casing Tools, Superior Drilling Products and its Hard Rock Solutions business, European Drilling Projects, and Titan Tool Services), extending the company's reach across its Western and Eastern Hemisphere operating regions, spanning North America, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Asia Pacific. Each arrived with its own brand, its own commercial process, and in several cases its own quoting and service infrastructure. Consolidating them under DTI gives customers a single point of contact, a single technical standard, and access to the full tool portfolio through one relationship.

What is changing

  • The company will market itself globally as DTI. A refreshed logo and visual identity will be applied across facilities, tooling, field equipment, digital properties, and technical documentation.
  • Acquired company brands, including Reamco, Premium Tools, Deep Casing Tools, Superior Drilling Products, Hard Rock Solutions, European Drilling Projects, and Titan Tool Services, will transition to DTI over a phased schedule, and will be referenced as “a DTI company” during the transition period.
  • Commercial, technical, and service teams will operate as one organization under a unified quoting, contracting, and QHSE framework.
  • The company will adopt “At the Core of Drilling” as its brand line in field and commercial campaigns, reflecting the focus on measurable performance standards by which its tools are judged downhole.
  • The company's website will move to dti.inc. Visitors to drillingtools.com will be redirected automatically.

What is not changing

  • The Nasdaq ticker symbol remains DTI. No action is required of shareholders in connection with this announcement.
  • The company's legal entity names are unchanged at this time. Any amendment of the certificate of incorporation to reflect the DTI name would be presented to shareholders at a future annual meeting.
  • Established product brands with recognized field equity, including the Drill-N-Ream® Mechlok, ClearPath, SafeFloat, etc, will be retained as DTI product brands.
  • Existing contracts, purchase orders, master service agreements, banking details, and customer and vendor points of contact remain in effect and unaffected. Drilling Tools International, Incorporated bank accounts and payment instructions are unchanged. DTI will not request changes to payment instructions by email, and customers and vendors should verify any such request directly with an established DTI contact.
  • Leadership, ownership, field personnel, service center locations, and day to day operations are unchanged.

Management commentary

"We have assembled a portfolio of downhole technology that very few companies in this sector can match," said Wayne Prejean, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of DTI. "What we have not done until now is present it to our customers as one company. A customer in the Permian, an operator in the North Sea, or a service partner in the Middle East sees the same DTI: the same engineering standard, the same reliability, the same accountability for what happens downhole. This brand brings the outside of the company in line with what we have already built on the inside."

"This is an integration milestone as much as a brand launch," said David R. Johnson, Chief Financial Officer of DTI. "We have been working toward a 'One DTI' operating model internally for months. This launch is the point at which our customers see it.

"Operating as a single brand lets us consolidate systems, standardize how we quote and contract, and give investors a cleaner view of a business that has grown substantially through acquisition. The efficiencies here are real and they compound."

Transition

The DTI brand takes effect immediately across the company's digital properties and customer facing materials. Facility signage, tool marking, and field equipment will transition over time as assets cycle through maintenance and recertification, avoiding cost and downtime associated with an accelerated changeover. Customers will receive direct notification from their DTI representative, and legacy brand websites will redirect to dti.inc.
